Horizontal Cartoner - HEL series

automatically unfolds cardboard boxes, taken from the repository, using suction cups and vacuum, then places them in the executive conveyor.

The feeding conveyor holding the product moves over the open cardboard boxes to the place of loading. After the product is loaded into the box, the packaging is closed and sealed (see below for a list of available closure types). In the end the cardboard boxes are unloaded from the cartoner.

The multifunctional and versatile cartoner of the BLUE DYNAMIQ series is able to combine continuous and intermittent motion, meeting more of your requirements.

The ergonomics of the Blue Dynamiq cartoner is operator-oriented. The leaflet loading points in the folding unit, the cardboard boxes repository and the product flow are placed at the most convenient height. Machine balcony design reduces line clearance and format change time. Moreover, except of being compact, it’s at the same time easy to manage and intuitive to set up.

Flexibility as a key feature: this series offers the widest range of packaging products, cardboard boxes’ dimensions and applications. In addition, it is able to combine continuous and intermittent motion depending on the product being fed.

Flexibility is particularly important here: frequent product and format changes require ergonomic design and optimal access to all components. The format parts of the device are designed according to the poka-yoke (error proofing) principle to prevent incorrect assembly. Thanks to its small size, in a standard configuration with a length of only 3500mm, it can deliver a maximum of 150 cartdboard boxes per minute, thus being an ideal solution for industrial environments with significant space constraints.
