The packing process:

• products leaving the production line are taken over by a feeding conveyor selected according to the type of the packed product, local conditions and the speed of the device.
• the grouping unit collects products into a desired size bundle and then moves them onto the wrapping blanks
• various systems of product separation, reorientation on the conveyor and then grouping are used, the selection of which depends on the packed product
• tray blanks are automatically picked from the tray repository and placed horizontally in the executive conveyor
• next, the process of forming the wrapping and gluing takes place

The tray and wrap-around cartoner can form two types of wraps:

• tray- open from the top
• wrap-around - full wrap (completely closed)
