Process overview

The arm with suction cups takes a flat stock from the repository and places it in the forming unit. This unit is equipped with a movable stamp that forms a pre-cardboard and places it in the seat of the executive conveyor.
The product is then loaded with the following options simultaneously available:

• counting the quantity
• volumetric
• by weight

Later on, the formation of a Flip-top or gable-roof top takes place
Finally, the cardboard box from the executive conveyor is pushed onto the receiving conveyor The cardboard box is sealed with hot glue and the product is loaded vertically.
